The Ugly Sweater Ornament
Have fun while learning new creative skills.
This workshop introduces students to embellishing techiques. Participants will learn:
- adding sequins and beads
- hand embroidery stitches including blanket stitch, cross stitch and running stitch
- attaching buttons
For younger children, this program can be adapted to attach items using glue.
Some familarity with sewing basics helpful, but not required. All materials will be supplied for use during the workshop.
